Matematika po anglicky
Na úvod
V dnešnej dobe sa cudzie jazyky a obzvlášť angličtinu učia pomaly už aj deti v škôlke. Avšak, na čo nám slúži angličtina, ktorú sa naučíme v škôlke, škole, v jazykovom kurze? Vďaka nej sa dohovoríme v zahraničí, dokážeme komunikovať aj s cudzincami a preto sa cudzí jazyk a obzvlášť angličtina ako svetový jazyk stáva nevyhnutnosťou. Podobný progres sa deje aj s odbornou angličtinou a preto sme sa rozhodli pomôcť vám v tomto smere. Pripravili sme si pre vás matematický krúžok, ktorého cieľom nebude vás naučiť poznatky z matematiky, ktorými ohúrite svojich spolužiakov. Cieľom tohto krúžku je priblížiť vám odbornú angličtinu a to obzvlášť matematickú angličtinu, pomocou ktorej môžete v budúcnosti ľahšie dosiahnuť svoj cieľ.
Ako to bude fungovať
Krúžok bude fungovať formou interaktívnych prednášok. Celá realizácia bude prebiehať cez internet. Okrem samotných prednášok bude krúžok pozostávať aj zo skupinového riešenia jednoduchých matematických problémov samozrejme opäť v angličtine.
Členstvo
Do krúžku sa môžete kedykoľvek zapísať a rovnako aj kedykoľvek zrušiť svoje členstvo. V prípade záujmu alebo akýchkoľvek otázok prosím kontaktujte en-lectures@p-mat.sk. Nezabudnite uviesť svoje meno, ročník, školu, a tak isto aj dosiahnutú úroveň angličtiny (začiatočník, mierne pokročilý, pokročilý).

Mathematics in English
Introduction
Nowadays, foreign languages and especially English are taught even in preschools. However, what is the purpose of the knowledge of English we get in kindergarten, school or in the specialized course? It enables us to communicate when we are abroad or with strangers in general and thus foreign language and especially English, as the world language, is becoming a necessity more than ever. A similar progress is happening even with the technical English and that is the reason why we have decided to help you in this field of English. We have prepared some sort of a course for you. Its aim is not to teach you further knowledge of Mathematics so that you can show up before your classmates. Right on the contrary, the goal of this course is to get you through mathematical terms so that you can more easily follow your own goals in the future.
Realization
The course will work by the means of interactive lectures. The whole course will be Internet based. We will develop a variety of skills ? which means that the lectures will not be the only thing associated with it. There will also be some sort of teamwork on mathematical problems.

Anyone is allowed to sign up for the course and also to leave the course at any time he wants to. If you would have any questions or would like to sign up, please contact en-lectures@p-mat.sk. Do not forget to mention your name, class, school, and also the level of English you have achieved (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
